Late last month, BBar, a specialty Japanese restaurant in South Delhi, reopened after a gap of five months, smaller in size and without private dining rooms that its owner Kunal Lalani said, "Delhi wasn’t ready for".High-end international restaurants, night clubs and cafes are increasingly tweaking their business model in India through resizing, reworking rentals and leases, increasing the number of trading hours or/and even reducing food prices to fight high rentals and competition from domestic brands, and boost demand
